GlossyMuse Online (“GlossyMuse,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides the content and services available on this website (the “Site”) to you, including the Glossy Rewards program (“Glossy Rewards” or “Program”), subject to the following Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and other terms, conditions, and policies you may find throughout our Site in connection with certain functionalities, features, or promotions, as well as customer service, all of which are incorporated into and form a part of these Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). By accessing or using our Site, you acknowledge you have read, understand, and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. MEMBERSHIP & REGISTRATION

Certain areas of this Site may require registration or require you to provide information to access certain features, content, or participate in the Glossy Rewards program. The collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. The decision to provide this information is voluntary; however, if you choose not to provide such information, you may not be able to access certain content, features, or enroll in the Program. You must provide only accurate, current, and complete information.

If you register on the Site, you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account or password, and you agree not to sell, transfer, or assign your membership or any membership rights. You must maintain the confidentiality of your account password and restrict access to your computer to prevent unauthorized access. GlossyMuse may, in its discretion, terminate your account or membership at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

3. GLOSSY REWARDS

· Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older to participate. No purchase is necessary for Glossy Rewards membership. Employees of GlossyMuse, its affiliates, and their families are not eligible. Corporate accounts or organizations may not enroll.

· Non-Transferability: Accounts and points may not be shared, transferred, or combined. Only the member making a purchase may accumulate points. Points are not awarded on purchases made with reimbursement from ineligible third parties.

· Point Accumulation: Points have no cash value and are non-transferable. For every $1 spent, you earn ten (10) Glossy Point. Points may be redeemed for rewards listed on the Site. If part or all of an order is returned, canceled, or exchanged, points will be adjusted accordingly. No points for purchases prior to joining the Program or for Gift Card purchases.

· Redemption: Points and rewards can only be redeemed at http://glossymuse.shop. Points cannot be used until credited to your account. Points mature thirty (30) days after applicable order’s first ship date.

· Expiration and Availability: Unused Glossy Points do not expire. All rewards are subject to availability.

· Responsibility: GlossyMuse is not responsible for lost points due to fraud or unauthorized use. Suspected fraud will result in termination of membership.

· Tax: You are responsible for any applicable tax on rewards.

4. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES FOR PERSONAL USE

Products and services on this Site (and any samples) are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any products/services or samples purchased or received from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to limit/cancel any order or service that, in our sole judgment, violates these Terms and Conditions.

6. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We strive to be as accurate as possible in describing products. However, to the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to health and safety regulations, GlossyMuse products are non-refundable, and returns or exchanges are not accepted. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at info@glossymuse.shop within 48 hours of receipt, including your order number, a description, and a clear photo. We will review and may issue a replacement if appropriate. GlossyMuse is not responsible for products damaged after delivery.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Site content, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, text, graphics, images, audio, and software (collectively, “Content”), is owned by GlossyMuse, its affiliates, partners, or licensers, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. Except as expressly set forth, you may not use, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any Content without our written consent.

9. LIMITED LICENSE

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site for personal purposes. This does not include the right to (a) frame, republish, or redistribute the Site or its Content; (b) make commercial use of the Site or its Content; (c) modify, create derivative works, or reverse engineer the Site or Content; (d) collect customer or account data; or (e) use robots, bots, or automated means to access the Site.

We also grant you a limited, nonexclusive license to link to our homepage for personal, noncommercial purposes, provided you comply with the conditions listed above.

Any unauthorized use terminates all rights granted under these Terms, without prejudice to any other remedy.

10. YOUR OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms & Conditions in your use of the Site. You may not interfere with the operation or security of the Site or misuse any Content, and you will be responsible for any damages resulting from your violation.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and all activities under it. You may not register unless you are over 13 years of age (18+ for the Glossy Rewards Program). We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy, or practices of third-party websites linked from our Site. Clicking third-party links is at your own risk. Please review their own terms and privacy policies.

13. CONSENT TO RECEIVE NOTICES ELECTRONICALLY

By using the Site, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including legal notices, by email or postings on the Site. To withdraw consent, email info@glossymuse.shop and discontinue Site use. If you do not consent, we cannot provide Site benefits.

14. USER COMMENTS AND SUBMISSIONS

You may submit comments, reviews, feedback, and other content (“Comments”) provided you do not post Prohibited Content, such as content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, obscene, or otherwise objectionable as determined by us. We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit any Comment at any time.

By submitting Comments, you grant GlossyMuse a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, worldwide right to use, modify, and display such content. You represent you own or control rights to your submission and it will not violate rights of others.

By using promoted hashtags, you agree GlossyMuse may use your post/content under these Terms.

15. GENERAL

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and GlossyMuse. We may change these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance. If any part becomes unenforceable, that part shall be modified to reflect the parties’ intent; remaining Terms remain enforced.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE RESULTS OR THAT THE SITE OR PRODUCTS WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
