Logistics Policy

1. Shipping Destinations
We ship globally via DHL/FedEx/UPS. Remote areas may incur extended delivery times (+7-15 days).

2. Processing Time

  • Orders processed in 7-15 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

  • Delays possible during sales events (Black Friday/11.11).

3. Customs & Import Taxes

  • DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): Customers bear all import taxes/fees.

  • Provide accurate recipient info to avoid clearance delays. Non-payment of duties may result in parcel return.

5. Lost/Damaged Parcels

  • Claims must be filed within 14 days of delivery date.

  • Required: Photos of damaged items + packaging, tracking number.

  • Compensation: Full refund or reshipment (if stock available).

6. Returns

  • Unopened items: 30-day return window. Customer covers return shipping.

  • Defective items: Prepaid return label provided. Refund issued within 10 business days.
