WHERE DOES GLOSSYMUSE SHIP?

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?
For USA Orders:
· Free Shipping: If your order meets our minimum requirements, you may qualify for free shipping. Check the announcement bar at the top of https://glossymuse.shop or our promotional emails for current free shipping offers. Free shipping orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after fulfillment.
· Additional Shipping Options: We also offer Ground Shipping (3–7 business days), 2 Business Day delivery, and Next Business Day delivery through trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Available shipping rates and options will be automatically displayed at checkout.
For International Orders:
· Shipping options and rates will be shown during checkout based on your destination.
· Standard Shipping: Usually 12–30 business days
· Priority Shipping: Usually 6–12 business days
· Rush Shipping: Typically 7 business days or less
Please note: “Business days” do not include weekends or holidays. While most orders are delivered on time, shipping time estimates do not include order processing/fulfillment time and are not guaranteed by the carrier. 97% of orders placed before 1:00pm CST (M–F) ship the same day; all other orders are typically fulfilled within one business day.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
The Magic Process:
After you place your order, we’ll process, fulfill, and hand it off to your chosen shipping carrier. The carrier sorts, scans, and dispatches your package. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships. Your package will then travel to your doorstep, ready to meet you!
· Orders containing in-stock items usually ship the same day when placed before 10:00 am PST, Monday–Friday.
· Orders placed after 10:00 am PST are generally shipped within 24 hours, Monday–Friday.
· Weekend orders are fulfilled, but generally ship on Monday.
· Please allow additional processing time during sales, holidays, or high-traffic periods. We always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.
· GlossyMuse is not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
WHY IS MY TRACKING NOT UPDATING?
If your tracking information hasn’t updated, we apologize on behalf of the shipping carrier. Occasionally, carriers may take 1–2 business days to update tracking details.
If your tracking number is still not working or hasn’t updated after several business days, please contact us at info@glossymuse.shop with your order number and we’ll look into it right away!
RETURN TO SENDER ALERTS?
If your tracking status shows:
· Delivery attempt was made
· Address is insufficient or incorrect
· No secure delivery location
· Package undeliverable or being returned to sender
Please contact the shipping carrier immediately with your tracking number and full shipping address. The carrier can help resolve the issue.
Packages returned due to incorrect address or refusal (without prior contact) will be processed as a return, minus the cost of shipping.
DUTIES & TAXES (FOR NON-USA ORDERS)?
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, tariffs, or duties required by their country. You may be asked by the carrier or relevant government agency to pay duties/taxes before delivery.
Please note: We are required to declare all shipments at their full retail value and cannot alter package values upon request.

RETURN & EXCHANGES
WHAT IS GLOSSYMUSE’S RETURN POLICY?
We know life can get hectic! While we believe our products will help you unwind and feel your best, we understand sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase from https://glossymuse.shop, you may return eligible, unopened, and unused products within 14 days of delivery for store credit.
At this time, GlossyMuse does not offer exchanges.
If you purchased your item from a retail partner, please reach out to that store directly for their return or exchange policy.
Returns sent back that have been opened or used will not be accepted or credited.
To request a return, please email info@glossymuse.shop with your order number, the reason for your return, and details about the product(s) you wish to return.
· Shipping charges are non-refundable and not eligible for credit.
· For hygiene reasons, all lash and liquid products—including, but not limited to, lacquers, treatments, removers, liners, and brush-on glues—are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
· Gift cards and mystery items are also final sale and cannot be returned.
WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR BROKEN?
We take great care to ensure every GlossyMuse product passes strict quality checks. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email info@glossymuse.shop within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item so we can quickly resolve the issue for you.
CHANGES TO ORDERS
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@glossymuse.shop as soon as possible with your order number and cancellation request. Please note: Once an order has been fulfilled, we are unable to cancel or make changes to it. Our fulfillment center works quickly, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate your request.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You can check your order status by logging into your GlossyMuse account. Simply click the person-shaped icon in the top right corner of glossymuse.shop and log in. Your order status will update once your payment is processed and again when your package is scanned by the shipping carrier. Please note: your GlossyMuse account and rewards program account may be separate.
You’ll also receive email updates about your order status at the address provided during checkout.
