1. **Prep**: Gently push back cuticles with the cuticle stick. Lightly buff the natural nail surface with the file to remove oils.

4. **Apply**: Apply a pea-sized amount of glue to the press-on and a thin layer to your natural nail.

- **Adhesive Tabs**: Soak in warm soapy water for 5 minutes and gently lift from the sides.
