Programme Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the GlossyMuse Muse Society programme (the "Programme"). By applying to or participating in the Programme, the Applicant or Participant (as applicable) agrees to these Terms. GlossyMuse ("GlossyMuse") may update these Terms as set out in Section 16.
1. Definitions

| "Code" | The unique discount code and tracking link issued to the Participant. |
| "Qualifying Order" | A completed, paid customer order placed through a Code or tracking link that is not cancelled, returned, refunded, or charged back. |
| "Commission" | The amount payable to the Participant on Qualifying Orders under Section 4. |
| "Platform" | The affiliate tracking and payout platform used by GlossyMuse. |
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Applicant must be at least 18 years old to participate.
2.2 The Programme is currently open to creators worldwide. GlossyMuse may add or remove eligible regions at any time.
2.3 Only one account is permitted per person. All information provided must be accurate, current, and complete, and kept up to date.
2.4 Approval is at GlossyMuse's sole discretion. GlossyMuse may decline any application, and may suspend or revoke participation, at any time and for any reason.
3. Enrolment and relationship of the parties
3.1 The Applicant shall apply through the Programme sign-up form on the GlossyMuse website. Approved Applicants are given access to the Platform to obtain their Code, tracking link, and reporting dashboard.
3.2 The Participant is engaged as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates any employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between the Participant and GlossyMuse. Any reference to a "partner", "partnership", or similar term in GlossyMuse's marketing or communications is descriptive only and does not create a legal partnership. All equipment, expenses, and taxes are borne at the Participant's own cost.
3.3 The Participant shall follow the Programme's standard process and mechanics: sign up through the official form, create and publish qualifying Content in accordance with these Terms, and use the assigned Code and tracking link. Commission is payable only via PayPal through the Platform. GlossyMuse does not accept or accommodate any other payment or payout method.
4. Commission
4.1 The Participant earns Commission on Qualifying Orders placed through the Participant's Code or tracking link.
4.2 Commission earned at a rate from 20% on each Qualifying Order as starting point. Rates are based on performance, may be higher for Muse Elite Participants, and may otherwise be agreed. GlossyMuse may adjust rates and tiers from time to time, and current rates are reflected in the Participant's dashboard.

4.3 Commission is calculated on the product value of the Qualifying Order and excludes taxes, shipping, and any discounts applied.
4.4 Commission is not earned on the Participant's own purchases.
4.5 If an order is cancelled, returned, refunded, or charged back, any related Commission is reversed and may be deducted from the Participant's balance.
4.6 All Commission and rewards are stated and paid in US dollars (USD).
5. Payment
5.1 Commission is calculated on a calendar-month basis, from the 1st to the last day of each month. Approved commission for a given month is paid by PayPal to the payout details the Participant registers on the Platform, within 30 days after the end of that month. The Participant may track sales and balance on the Platform at any time.
5.2 The Participant is responsible for providing and maintaining accurate payment receiving information. GlossyMuse is not liable for any payment delayed or lost due to incorrect or out-of-date information provided by the Participant.
5.3 There is no minimum payout threshold.
5.4 Any store-credit rewards are issued at GlossyMuse's discretion, in accordance with the conditions set out in GlossyMuse's programme communications. Store credit is issued as store credit or a store discount code, is not redeemable for cash, and may expire in line with GlossyMuse's store-credit or discount policy.
5.5 The Participant is solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes due on Commission or rewards.
6. Discount code
6.1 The Code entitles the Participant's audience to 20% off eligible GlossyMuse products.
6.2 The Code applies across GlossyMuse products, cannot be combined with any other discount, offer, or sale (except free shipping), and may be used multiple times by the same customer.
6.3 The Code is personal to the Participant. The Participant must not sell or transfer it, publish it on coupon or deal-aggregator sites, or use it in any misleading manner.
6.4 GlossyMuse may modify, suspend, or deactivate any Code at any time.
7. Gifted product
7.1 On approval, GlossyMuse will send the Participant one complimentary product set for the purpose of creating Content. The set is assigned by GlossyMuse and cannot be selected by the Participant. GlossyMuse covers standard shipping.
7.2 Any further gifted product is not guaranteed. Additional product is provided on a per-campaign basis, to selected Participants, at GlossyMuse's sole discretion.
7.3 Gifted product is provided for content creation and is not for resale.
8. Rewards
8.1 Subject to these Terms and to verification, a Participant may receive:
- a welcome set on approval;
- a personal 20% Code;
- US$10 store credit after the Participant's first approved post;
- commission on Qualifying Orders from 20%, or as otherwise agreed (see Section 4); and
- US$20 bonus store credit for Top 3 Muses of the Month.
Reward types, amounts, and qualifying conditions are as described in GlossyMuse's current programme communications and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
8.2 All rewards are discretionary, are subject to eligibility and verification, and may be varied or withdrawn under Section 16.
9. Muse Elite
9.1 "Muse Elite" is a premium status within the Programme. A Participant becomes a Muse Elite by either: (a) ranking among the Top 3 Muses of the month by sales; or (b) invitation from GlossyMuse at its discretion (for example, based on audience reach or influence).
9.2 Muse Elite benefits may include a higher commission rate, featured placement (including paid advertising), and early access to new launches. Specific benefits are confirmed with the Participant and may otherwise be agreed with GlossyMuse.
10. Content obligations
10.1 The Participant shall create and publish at least one piece of Content featuring the assigned GlossyMuse product within 10 days of receiving it. Content is not subject to pre-approval; however, to receive the first-post store credit and to qualify for Commission, the Participant must:
- (a) tag GlossyMuse's official account in the Content; and
- (b) submit the published post link(s) to GlossyMuse.
10.2 The Participant shall include the Participant's Code and/or tracking link so that orders are correctly attributed.
10.3 The Participant shall keep published Content live for at least 30 days.
10.4 Content must be accurate, lawful, in good taste, and consistent with the GlossyMuse brand. The Participant is solely responsible for ensuring it does not feature other brands' trademarks or products, has any necessary permission to film on location, and does not infringe any third-party rights (including music, images, and footage). GlossyMuse is not responsible or liable for the Participant's Content or conduct.
11. Advertising disclosure (compliance)
11.1 Because the Participant receives free product and/or the opportunity to earn Commission, all Content must clearly disclose that it is a paid or gifted partnership with GlossyMuse, in line with all applicable advertising-disclosure laws and platform policies in the Participant's market.
11.2 Disclosure must be clear and hard to miss — for example, by including #ad or #gifted at the beginning of the caption and by using the platform's paid-partnership label where available.
11.3 The Participant is responsible for ensuring that the Participant's disclosures comply with the law in the Participant's jurisdiction. Failure to disclose is a material breach of these Terms.
12. Content licence and intellectual property
12.1 The Participant grants GlossyMuse and its group companies a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, distribute, and display the Content created for the Programme across GlossyMuse's owned channels and in paid advertising, both during the Programme and after it ends.
12.2 The Participant represents and warrants that:
- (a) the Participant is the sole owner of the Content, or has otherwise obtained all rights necessary to grant this licence;
- (b) the Content is original and has not been, and will not be, copied wholly or substantially from any other work or source;
- (c) the Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, right of privacy, right of publicity, or any other right of any third party, including in any music, images, or footage used; and
- (d) GlossyMuse's use, reproduction, and adaptation of the Content as permitted under these Terms will not breach any agreement with, or right of, any third party.
12.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Participant waives, and agrees not to assert, any moral rights in the Content in connection with GlossyMuse's permitted use of it.
12.4 The Participant's indemnity under Section 17 applies to any breach of this clause 12.
12.5 GlossyMuse will credit the Participant where reasonably practicable.
12.6 All intellectual property rights in GlossyMuse's products, brand, names, logos, and any materials GlossyMuse provides to the Participant remain the exclusive property of GlossyMuse. "GlossyMuse", "Muse Society", and related names and logos are trademarks of GlossyMuse; the Participant may use them only to meet the Participant's obligations under the Programme, and must not alter them or use them in a misleading way.
13. Prohibited conduct
13.1 The Participant must not:
- (a) post false, misleading, or deceptive claims about GlossyMuse or its products;
- (b) use bots, fake accounts, fake engagement, or other artificial means;
- (c) place or induce fraudulent, self-referred, or otherwise invalid orders;
- (d) misuse, share, or publish the Code improperly;
- (e) use unlicensed music, images, or other third-party content;
- (f) disparage GlossyMuse or any third party; or
- (g) engage in any unlawful, harmful, or off-brand activity.
14. Confidentiality and personal data
14.1 The Participant shall keep confidential any non-public information GlossyMuse shares, including unreleased products, pricing, and campaign plans.
14.2 GlossyMuse processes the Participant's personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://glossymuse.shop/policies/privacy-policy. The Participant should refer to that policy for details of how personal data is collected, used, and disclosed.
15. Suspension, clawback, and removal
15.1 If the Participant receives product but does not post within the time set out in Section 10, GlossyMuse may send a reminder and, if there is still no post, may request its return or completion and pause the Participant's participation.
15.2 If Content is removed before 30 days, GlossyMuse may withhold or reverse the Commission on the related orders.
15.3 If the Participant's account remains inactive for an extended period, GlossyMuse may pause or deactivate the Code.
15.4 Fake orders, Code misuse, or any other abuse are not permitted. If discovered, the Participant will be removed from the Programme, the Code will be deactivated, and the Participant will not be eligible to re-join or to receive any further Programme benefits (such as gifted product, discount codes, store credit, or Muse Elite status).
16. Term, termination, and changes
16.1 Either the Participant or GlossyMuse may end the Participant's participation at any time. On termination, the Code is deactivated and the Participant's right to use GlossyMuse's marks and to earn further Commission ends.
16.2 Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including the content licence, warranties, indemnity, and limitation of liability — will survive.
16.3 GlossyMuse may amend, modify, suspend, or withdraw the Programme, these Terms, and any benefits at any time without prior notice. Continued participation after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the change.
17. Disclaimer, liability, and indemnity
17.1 The Programme is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlossyMuse excludes all implied warranties.
17.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlossyMuse's total liability arising out of or in connection with the Programme will not exceed the total Commission paid to the Participant in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.
17.3 The Participant shall indemnify and hold GlossyMuse harmless against any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities (including reasonable legal costs) arising from the Participant's Content, failure to disclose, breach of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
18. General
18.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, and the courts of Hong Kong SAR have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
18.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
18.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Participant and GlossyMuse in relation to the Programme and supersede any prior understanding.
